Brennan Lehotay is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Chief Executive Officer of Sana Mente Behavioral Health LLC. He holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University and is also credentialed as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II (CCTP-II) and Nurse Executive Advanced-Board Certified (NEA-BC).

Brennan specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of complex psychiatric conditions including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Autism in Adults, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). He offers a comprehensive, person-centered approach that combines psychiatric medication management with evidence-based psychotherapy.

As a dual provider of both therapy and medication services, Brennan utilizes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) to help clients achieve lasting emotional and functional improvement. His work is grounded in trauma-informed, inclusive care, with a commitment to serving neurodiverse and marginalized communities.

Brennan is especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and has extensive experience working with individuals and couples navigating issues related to identity, connection, and authenticity. He provides affirming care to those in kink, polyamorous, and ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships, creating a nonjudgmental space where clients can explore and embrace their individuality, relationship dynamics, and emotional wellness.
